Banana custard sweet

                                                       banana custard sweet

Tadaa!..So here comes my first sweet dish recipe on this blog. I really don't know how me and my sister actually ended up making this thing but I'm glad that we did. It's simple, less time consuming and most of all ,all the ingredients are easily available (well almost) plus very good for beginners. The good part about this recipe is that it leads to the intake of bananas which in turn seem to have loads of benefits. So here comes the recipe.

Ingredients:
  • Banana - 1
  • Any flavored custard - 1 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • digestive biscuits - 6-7 pieces
  • Chocolate - 3-4 pieces (optional)

 Directions:
Firstly take a dish and cover up the base with digestive biscuits. As you slice up your banana start preparing your custard (i.e 1 tbsp of custard with one glass of milk). After your custard is ready pour half the content (quantity depends on how many layers you want) over the crushed biscuits and then put a few slices of banana on it. Again pour the remaining custard and put the sliced bananas over it . You can garnish the sweet dish with chocolate. Refrigerate for an hour or two before serving

PS: Use a grater to grate the chocolates, it will give you a better presentation ;)
