Healthy Breakfast
Breakfast is one of the essential meals of your day and I often find people skipping their breakfast by giving an old repeated excuse called "dieting". Sorry to say but dieting does not mean skipping your meals, it means eating HEALTHY. As we all know that a good breakfast helps you to remain energetic throughout the day. So here's something what I call as an ideal breakfast which not only is good for your health but also helps you lose weight!
