Vegetable pizza

Are you up for some tasty and healthy meal?
So here I have the recipe for vegetable pizza. Easy to make and tasty as well.

Method:- 

Start from making the dough 
Ingredients :-  
  • All purpose flour - 3 cups
  • Yeast - 2 tsp
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
Mix all the ingredients with warm water and keep it aside in a warm place all covered up for about 2 hrs.

Next step of pizza preparation
Make three sections in your dough and use each of them to make a flat circle using your roller pin.
Now what you can do is that, using a fork make holes in your pizza. Apply ketchup. 

Vegetables for your pizza 
Ingredients :-
  • Onion - 2 medium sized
  • Capsicum - 2 medium sized
  • Tomato - 1 medium sized
  • Olives  
chop the onion, tomato and capsicum. Fry the onion and capsicum with 1 tsp butter/oil till they become soft.


Completion of your pizza
Now all you have to do is, sprinkle little bit of cheese (German/Mozzarella  cheese shredded) over the pizza that we had earlier prepared. After that you need to put the vegetables over it and then cover the whole thing with cheese again. Finally you can put olives on top. And your pizza is now all ready to be baked
Baking time!
Bake the pizza until the crust is browned and the cheese completely melts. serve it hot.























P.S- If you don't like vegetables as much then you can always add boneless chicken to this but be sure to add some vegetables as well :)
