Nutella banana ice-cream

Nutana Ice-cream

I made this ice cream last week and it was yummylicious! 
Yet again, this one's easy to make and it would take you hardly 15 minutes for the preparation..
So, here's the recipe for nutella banana ice cream or what I like to call Nutana ice cream


Ingredients:-
  • Banana - 1
  • Nutella - 1/2 cup
  • Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Nuts - a handful


Method:-
Combine nutella, banana and the cream in a food processor or a blender. Blend well. Fry the nuts (optional) and put it in the mixture.
Transfer the mixture in the freezer for about 7 hrs and your ice cream is good to go!

Vegetable pizza

Vegetable pizza

Are you up for some tasty and healthy meal?
So here I have the recipe for vegetable pizza. Easy to make and tasty as well.

Method:- 

Start from making the dough 
Ingredients :-  
  • All purpose flour - 3 cups
  • Yeast - 2 tsp
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
Mix all the ingredients with warm water and keep it aside in a warm place all covered up for about 2 hrs.

Next step of pizza preparation
Make three sections in your dough and use each of them to make a flat circle using your roller pin.
Now what you can do is that, using a fork make holes in your pizza. Apply ketchup. 

Vegetables for your pizza 
Ingredients :-
  • Onion - 2 medium sized
  • Capsicum - 2 medium sized
  • Tomato - 1 medium sized
  • Olives  
chop the onion, tomato and capsicum. Fry the onion and capsicum with 1 tsp butter/oil till they become soft.


Completion of your pizza
Now all you have to do is, sprinkle little bit of cheese (German/Mozzarella  cheese shredded) over the pizza that we had earlier prepared. After that you need to put the vegetables over it and then cover the whole thing with cheese again. Finally you can put olives on top. And your pizza is now all ready to be baked
Baking time!
Bake the pizza until the crust is browned and the cheese completely melts. serve it hot.























P.S- If you don't like vegetables as much then you can always add boneless chicken to this but be sure to add some vegetables as well :)

Tips for Staying Healthy




It is rightly said that "Health is Wealth". A healthy mind and a healthy body helps a person to be active and is also one of the stepping stones to success. 


Are you one of those people who feel tired during their school/college lectures or who tend to oversleep and miss their important meetings? if your answer is Yes, then you are either suffering from sleep deprivation or have a serious health issue.

You must NEVER underestimate yourself, and MUST always keep your health as your first priority.

Things that you can actually check on:-
  • Consult a Doctor:- People who are anemic are the one's who feel tired or sleepy more often than usual, so it's never too late to take an advice from your doctor


  • Eat healthy:- Too much intake of junk food can also lead to laziness, one must try to avoid junk food as much as possible. If you just can't resist fatty food then you must try having  one full apple or any other fruit and vegetable at least once in a day, this in turn will provide the necessary nutrition to your body.



  • Regular Exercise:- Try getting up early in the morning and do a bit of exercise. you can always go with aerobics, it helps to reduce fat from your body pretty quickly! Exercise will in turn help you stay cheery through out the day

P.S- Exercise always keeps a person fit and helps a person look healthy and young




Always involve yourself in something that you like. It can be painting, drawing or it can be anything else. keep yourself busy with different things, this can help you take your mind off sleeping for quite sometime there.

Cold Cocoa Drink

Cold cocoa drink


If the summer heat is killing you, then I have just the perfect drink for you. It's easy to make and most importantly, all the ingredients needed for it are readily available at your home!


   Ingredients:-
  • Milk powder - 6 tbsp
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Cocoa - 2 tbsp
  • Vanilla powder - 1/2 tsp
















Method :-
Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate the powder. When needed you can put 2 tbsp of the powder in a glass and add cold milk to it & your Cold Cocoa Drink is all ready to be served.

Okay so you must have already got an idea about what my today's post is going to be about. I have been noticing many people around me getting specs lately ,that too ranging from small kindergarten students to the early 20's people (now that's mainly due to addiction to your computers I am guessing). So here's a recipe I'll post today that can actually reduce the blurriness that some people normally get while reading.

Ingredients:-


  • sugar lumps (misri)- 120g
  • fennel seeds (sounf)- 25g
  • almond- 50g
  • white pepper- 5g

Directions:-
Blend all the above ingredients together and eat it every night for 40 days before going to bed.

      How to relieve burn pain?

      Quick relief to burns!     

      Just yesterday I dropped boiling water on my hand (phew, luckily not the entire hand but a small portion) and the pain I suffered  was UNBEARABLE. So here's something I tried and it not only relieved me off my pain gradually but also helped reduce the redness (trust me when i say about the redness).
